THE STORY
Sera Creative Studio began in 2023 with Shanai’s passion for elevating brands through Social Media and Content Creation. As the studio evolved, Shanai joined forces with her sister, Isabella, combining their talents to bring conscious and organic brands to life. Soon after, Taylor became an integral part of the team, assisting in elevating content shoots and social media, adding a dynamic edge to the creative process. Together, they have cultivated a collaborative effort, building a community centred around creativity, strategy, and purpose. Sera’s mission is to help brands tell their stories, connect with their audiences, and make an impact through thoughtful content and intentional branding.
THE DIRECTOR
Shanai Palmer is the driving force behind our social media strategies and content creation. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok, Shanai ensures each client’s online presence is both engaging and impactful. She specialises creating tailored content strategies that not only increase brand visibility but also foster genuine connections with audiences.
THE HUMAN
Loves a good laugh & always down to try anything. Likely found on a weekend road trip somewhere, with a good book & way too many podcasts lined up— add in a stop or two for some op-shop treasures, ocean dip and the perfect lil sweet treat, and it's basically my dream day.
THE DESIGNER
Isabella Palmer specialises in branding, web design, and print/packaging design. Her expertise lies in creating cohesive brand identities that are both visually compelling and intentional. Isabella’s work includes everything from logo design and brand guidelines to fully custom websites and sustainably crafted packaging. With a passion for creativity, Isabella ensures that every brand Sera touches is elevated and memorable.
THE HUMAN
Fuelled by late-night creative sparks. Animal lover through and through, thriving on sunshine, stacks of books, and the perfect pasta dish. Likely to be found lost in her latest scrapbook project or testing out yet another candle scent (can you ever really have too many?)
Taylor Spencer focuses on content creation shoots, UGC, and email marketing (EDM) at Sera. With an exceptional eye for detail and a flair for crafting innovative ideas, Taylor brings fresh energy to every project. She coordinates seamless content shoots, ensuring every angle captures the essence of the brand, while also developing effective EDM campaigns that drive engagement.

Certified coastal queen with a knack for finding the best margaritas. Known for her ‘just a quick weekend vacay’ mindset that turns into full-on explorations with her dog along as the ultimate sidekick, & probably has sand somewhere in her bag.
